As one of the two founding teachers of the original Pueblo Technical Academy in 1994, John has watched and tirelessly worked towards what the School of Engineering and Biomedical Science has become. Always on the lookout for additional opportunities to expand student experiences, Mr. Musso has taken students from coast to coast in order to participate in competitions ranging from BattleBots IQ to TSA National Conventions. Away from school, (which is pretty rare), family, cabinet making and running a business round out the day.

Mrs. Candice Musso
Candy is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder and received her Masters Degree from Adams State College. She taught elementary school for 28 years using this experience to develop district wide programs for students and teachers that helped further science education at the elementary level. She was a middle school science and technology teacher at Pleasant View Middle School for 6 years helping establish the Gateway to Technology program at PV which feeds into SEBS's Project Lead the Way program. For the last 4 years she has taught engineering, computer science, digital media and video broadcasting courses at SEBS. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, hiking, and traveling to Florida to visit her granddaughters.

Mrs. Vicki Bowker

Vicki, a 2017 Colorado Teacher of the Year award recipient and veteran of Desert Storm, has spent the last decade sharing her knowledge and love of science with dedicated students. In her spare time, Vicki helps with the local 4-H chapter and spends her afternoons coaching and advising the school's Knowledge Bowl team and Health Occupation Student Association (HOSA) chapter. Vicki recently enrolled in a Master's program in Microbiology at the University of Florida.

Mrs. Katie Long
Katie has spent the last 8 years at the School of Engineering and Biomedical Science. Katie earned her Bachelor's degree from Colorado State University-Pueblo in English and is nearing the end of a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling. Katie is the lead advisor for the Technology Student Association (TSA) and works tirelessly to make sure each kid feels welcomed in her classroom. In her free time, Katie and her husband Chance raise money, awareness, and support for families dealing with sick children.

Mr. Daryk Froman

Daryk was born and raised in Pueblo, CO and is a 2007 graduate of Pueblo County High School. He went on to receive his Bachelor's degree in History from Colorado State University-Pueblo and subsequent Master's degrees in Instructional Technology and Educational Leadership. Additionally, Daryk has 18 graduate credit hours in American History. In his spare time, Daryk enjoys lifting weights, golfing, and chasing his toddler around. Daryk has a background in athletics and believes that high school is best enjoyed as a well-rounded experience.

Mr. Ryan Moore
Ryan earned his Bachelor's (Exercise & Health Promotion) and Master's (Curriculum Design) degree from Colorado State University-Pueblo. In 2015, Ryan was awarded a Colorado Teacher of the Year Award and was also a recipient of the prestigious Milken Educator Award. Ryan's teaching accomplishments certainly standout, but what stands out even more is his infectious personality and a deep commitment to creating lasting relationship with students to encourage the learning process. Ryan is a veteran of the War in Iraq.

Charles graduated with honors from Colorado State University with a mathematics education degree, and spends his spare time coding, proving equations, and playing video games. He brings a uniqueness to the field of computer science that allows his students to pursue their passion for learning without hesitation. His technical, yet human approach to STEM curriculum allows students to bring learned skills to real world applications.
