Mrs. Vicki Bowker
Vicki Bowker, a Desert Storm Army veteran, has earned the 2017 Colorado Teacher of the Year award and the 2023 Mel Harmon Air Force Association Teacher of the Year award. Since 2009 Vicki has shared her unwavering passion for science with the dedicated students of School of Engineering and Biomedical Science (SEBS). Mrs. currently serves as SEBS lead teacher and is the instructor of courses in both Biomedical and Engineering strands. Beyond the classroom, she is the guiding force behind the school's Future Health Professionals (HOSA) chapter and acts as team director for the Pueblo County Stellar Xplorers team. When not working with students, Vicki enjoys spending time with her husband, four daughters and granddaughter as well as reading, growing plants, and cuddling with her cat.

Mrs. Christine musso
Christine has worked in health care since 1991, where she traveled all over southern Colorado working in many capacities in several hospitals. She also was part of the Donor Alliance and worked as a regional donation consultant. As a dedicated clinical lab scientist turned high school teacher, she brings a unique blend of scientific expertise and a passion for educating the next generation. With a solid foundation in laboratory science, she transitioned into the dynamic world of high school education to inspire young minds and nurture their growth. Her previous career as a clinical lab scientist has endowed her with invaluable skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail. These skills serve as a strong foundation for her teaching, allowing her to help students develop these essential life skills.

Mr. Chris ludwig

Since his graduate-school days as a National Science Foundation Predoctoral Fellowship recipient, Chris has enjoyed sharing his love of science with others. He has been a science and technology educator since 1999 and has helped students explore many disciplines including biology, chemistry, anatomy and physiology, and engineering. He has sponsored several robotics competition teams and enjoys helping students design and develop mechanical and control systems utilizing the VEX robotics platform. He holds Career and Technology Education certification in both biotechnology and engineering and technology. Outside of the classroom, Chris is the coach of the PCHS Knowledge Bowl team and is an advisor for the school’s Technology Student Association (TSA) chapter.

Mr. chad williams
Chad Williams is a native Puebloan and 1998 graduate of Pueblo County High School. He has been teaching business, computer technology and design courses for 22 years. Chad has an undergraduate degree in marketing and a Masters of Business Administration degree. He holds a principal license, Adobe industry certifications, IC3 certification, and multiple career and technical education credentials. He has taught at the secondary and college level and has taught everything from accounting and digital art and design to CAD and PC hardware and servicing. Chad has led career and technical student organizations that include DECA, FBLA, SkillsUSA, and currently TSA.
Aside from teaching, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. Chad enjoys the outdoors and activities such as ATVing, boating, wakeboarding, and fishing. He enjoys technology, building stuff, and working on vehicles. Educational Background:

Mr. jared pacheco
Jared hails from Pueblo, CO. Armed with a passion for teaching, he pursued his education at Colorado State University - Pueblo. For over a decade, Jared imparted his wisdom as a math teacher, shaping the minds of young learners. In the academic year of 2022-2023, he took over StingTV and the video production program. Outside the classroom, Jared is married and they have of two beloved cats named Geppetto and Peach. Traveling is one of his greatest pleasures, with Iceland holding a special place in his heart, often serving as a backdrop for unforgettable adventures shared with his wife.

Ms. Rachel Baker
Rachel has been with District 70 since 2014. As mother of two children who graduated from District 70, she can attest to the passion, dedication, and inspiration that the staff has for the students. As the English teacher in SEBS, she provides tools for students to be successful in their SEBS classes such as writing and communication skills. Her goal is to make sure her students have the skills needed to be successful at the college level.

Mrs. Jamie Adams-Granato
Her love of learning about other cultures began by traveling to Europe from a young age. It sparked a passion to teach young people about the complexities of other places and peoples around the planet. Jamie taught World History at Pleasant View Middle School for nine years and also started the National History Day program at the school. In 2022 she was nominated as the Colorado National History Day Teacher of the year. In 2023, she moved over to County in the SEBS department, and is still teaching World History along with American History.
As a Social Studies teacher, Jamie’s job is to prepare students to be critical thinkers who are prepared for the complex world ahead of them. She combines her compassion and drive to push students to challenge themselves so they becomes positive members of society. Outside the classroom, Jamie enjoys traveling, learning, and creating new experiences with her family and friends.
